10-Day Smoothies For Weight Loss : Day 9 Berry – Oatmeal Smoothie

Day 9 - Berry – Oatmeal Smoothie
Let’s admit it, every smoothie lover fancies oatmeal smoothies which is why we had to have one in our challenge- we’re sure you’ll craze for it. The berry/oatmeal smoothie is loaded with healthy ingredients including oats, apples, pears and berries to keep your body detoxified and strong while also giving your digestion a significant boost in energy.
Pears are rich in fiber, electrolyte potassium, and boron for added health benefits. They are also good sources of pectin which is a powerful antioxidant to help you in cleansing the body.
This smoothie also includes berries – which may be any of the berries such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries- all which are antioxidants. Apple is another delicious addition that not only adds a satisfying taste but also provides fiber, vitamin C, and various antioxidants to prevent you from cancers and help you lower excessive cholesterol.
Oatmeal is what makes this smoothie even more fulfilling. Rolled oats in particular are rich sources of fiber and as such, they help slow down digestion thereby keeping you full a little bit longer. You may also want to add almond milk to look for more protein. Throwing in chia seeds will also better this smoothie since that means additional fiber, protein, healthy cholesterol and much more.
